A secure claimant portal is planned for detailed case status, document exchange, messages, and next steps. Until it is activated, claimants should use the private secure-upload link provided directly by Provenance Recovery Group.

We are intentionally not activating claimant logins until secure authentication, private storage, audit logging, and case-level access controls are connected to the website.

Need to send documents now?

Provenance Recovery Group will provide a private, case-specific secure upload link. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, identification documents, or other sensitive records through ordinary email or the public contact form.
