Terms of Use

Effective August 20, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Provenance Recovery Group website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Private company; no government affiliation

Provenance Recovery Group is a private recovery-assistance company. We are not a government agency, court, law firm, or governmental representative.

No legal advice

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Laws, deadlines, claim procedures, eligibility rules, and fee limits vary by jurisdiction.

No guarantee of recovery

Identification of a public record or potential claim does not guarantee that funds remain available or that any person is legally entitled to receive them. Entitlement may depend on liens, competing claims, filing deadlines, documentation, government review, court action, and other factors.

No upfront recovery fees

Provenance Recovery Group does not charge upfront recovery fees for matters we accept on a contingency basis. We are compensated only if and when the claimant receives funds, subject to the written agreement and applicable law. Fee structures and statutory limits may vary by jurisdiction.

Engagement requires a written agreement

Use of this website, a phone call, an email, or submission of a contact form does not by itself create a client relationship or obligate Provenance Recovery Group to pursue a claim. Any recovery engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Case-status information

Public case-status information is intended to provide only a general progress category and must not be relied upon as a complete case record. Detailed status, documents, amounts, dates, claimant information, and other sensitive information should be available only through authenticated channels.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the claimant portal, another person’s case information, website systems, or data; interfere with the website; misuse case reference numbers; scrape protected information; or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Third-party and government websites

Links to third-party or government websites are provided for convenience or verification. Provenance Recovery Group does not control and is not responsible for those websites.

Intellectual property

The Provenance Recovery Group name, logos, website design, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Provenance Recovery Group and may not be copied or used without authorization except as permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provenance Recovery Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
